We did complete the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) with High Camp Trekking in October 2014 and were very impressed with the service they provided. We initially got in touch with Norsang via email and everything was laid out clearly including price, itinerary, inclusions and exclusions and the different options available to us with the time we had. He was very flexible with dates and constructing and itinerary that would suit our schedule. We had initially booked for Everest Base Camp – but we only had limited days and knew that if we couldn’t fly in on day 1 or 2 that it wouldn’t be possible to complete it in the time we had available. Unfortunately we had bad weather and couldn’t fly into Lukla- so last minute the itinerary was changed to go to ABC – with no hassle at all. We completed the trek with his brother Sanjay- who was absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and he was very easy to get along with. Some days we would be setting a great pace and others we were slower and it was no issue. Even with the last minute change of plans he was able to get us accommodation every night including up at Base Camp- despite it being a very busy time of year. Our porter- Wongju was also lovely. He enjoyed a game of Uno at night with us and was always a friendly face. After our trip we were lucky enough to have a home cooked meal with Sanjay, Norsang and their family which really topped off an amazing adventure, I have no hesitation in recommending High Camp trekking for your adventure in Nepal and would be happy to answer any questions people may have regarding the company.
