What an incredible experience! I was lucky enough to be able to travel to Sagarmatha National Park in 2022 and experience trekking in the Himalayas. It had been a long-time dream of mine and I am so grateful that I was able to make and finish the trip.

My friend and I chose to go with High Camp Trekking for the 3 Passes Trek, our guide being Norsang. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning of our contact, Norsang was very responsive to any questions I had about the upcoming trek. During the trek, Norsang demonstrated his experience by making sure we were attuned to important factors like altitude sickness, hydration, nutriton, etc. He also did well to set the pace for us, which can be challenging to get right at high elevation.

I myself have backpacked much in the United States, so I felt well prepared for the trek but decided on seeking out a guide just to be on the safe side and for the peace of mind. After the trip, I can safely say that the experience would have been much less valuable without Norsang with us. I greatly appreciated his keeping us prepared for the challenges of hiking in the area. Norsang also knew a lot of the history of the area and its culture, taking us to some notable monasteries along the way and answering many questions we had about the Everest region. It was a wonderful addition that gave me even more appreciation for the area.

Whether you are an experienced trekker or not, I can highly recommend High Camp Trekking. You will be in good hands for a world-class and unforgettable experience in the mountains.

My friend and I did Tamang Heritage Trail Trek with Norsang Lama from the 20th of May to the 26th of May. We had a great experience with him. He shows us the local life during all the Trekking, having a lot of contact with Tamang ethnic. Norsang explained to us everything about the traditions and mountains that we could see on our way and we felt really comfortable and safe with him. If you are looking for a good guide to see this beautiful country, I recommend Norsang for sure!

We did the Three passes trek with Norsang and I had the best experience.
If you are looking for a professional guide in the Himalayas, look no further.
Norsang is a passionate mountaineer who loves his job and you can feel that.
He told us so many interesting things about the culture, the people, the animals, the mountains,… of the region.
The itinerary he made was good and we could acclimatize well.
Also, we could adjust the itinerary whenever necessary.
During the “rest” days Norsang always took us to interesting places and where some guides tended not to go on the high acclimatization hikes with their clients, Norsang always did.
He chose the best teahouses and made sure we had enough food and drinks at all times, he really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.
He also gave us very good advice on altitude sickness.
I felt 100 percent comfortable
And safe with Norsang and if I ever return to Nepal, I will definitely go with
Norsang again.
I have experience with other companies and guides in the past and HiGh Camp Trekking is surely the best company so far!!
After the trek, we even went climbing together in Kathmandu, which was also very nice.
If you are planning a trek and look for a guide, go with Norsang.

Samdan and I did the Annapurna circuit in 14days and it was the most beautiful trekking of my life!
He and his brothers are all super friendly, caring, respectful, and experienced!
They inform and prepare you for the trek perfectly. I learned a lot from Samdan and I am so happy to have him by me as my guide, friend, and partner on a hike for two weeks!

We did the Everest Base camp trek with Norsang. He is really professional, he knows all the villages and told us many things about the tradition and the religion of Nepal.We learned many stories about the mountains, the villages and the yeti (you can see see the scalp in a monastery !).

The trek is just amazing, you can see most of the highest mountains of Himalaya. We slept in really nice lodges, and the food was always really good.

We did some other small trek with him or his brother, organisation always perfect.

I highly recommend them 👍🏻
